Can't Cancel Spotify Premium

For whatever reason when I try to cancel my Spotify Premium, I get redirected back to the account page and get a red error saying "Oops, something went wrong." I've tried on multiple browsers and cleared caches on both phone and desktop but it still doesn't work.

If your subscription was set up directly through us, you can cancel your subscription from here.

If your subscription was set up through a third party, you'll need to reach out to them so they can help you cancel your subscription.

Your link to manage your account is down, "We're all mixed up, try again later."
  When I login to submit a contact form, I get "504 Gateway Time-out."  There's no number to call, no email address to message.  

I originally created my premium account with my Facebook login, but now that I've deleted my Facebook account, you have no alternative method for logging in to manage our accounts?

I've since created a new family premium plan and I'm now unable to delete my old account that's charging me $9.99/mo.  This is a joke.  I'm so frustrated, I'm about to cancel my new account, decline the credit card charges, and move to Amazon or Apple music.
