I just paid for Spotify Premium, but my account and the Smartphone app are still saying that I have a 'FREE' account.

 

how can I solve this?

It looks like you might have a second account. We'd recommend checking this guide to check if you have another account https://support.spotify.com/article/do-i-have-an-additional-account/.
