Can't activate premium using globe prepaid load

I sent a direct message to @SpotifyCares on twitter and this is what they told me. Apparently, the P129 is VAT exclusive.

As I have checked with Spotify, Globe charges 12% VAT so your credit should be 144.48PHP.
