Can't cancel my subscription

Iam trying to cancel my subscription on the web, nevertheless when I click in cancel or change, it takes me to the subscription page to enter my credit card information.

It's non-sense as I am trying to cancel the subscription.

Shall I call my credit card processor and ask to not authorize any more as is a company that force you to keep the subscription?
