Can’t link Google and Spotify Accounts

My Question or Issue

I received an email on 10/23 (after "ordering" the free Google Mini), stating that my Mini is now available and I need to link Spotify and Google accounts. When I follow through signing in, and follow the prompts, it ultimately brings me to a page that says, "We're sorry but you're not able to redeem at this moment."

Is there some way to correct this so that I can link accounts correctly?

I would like to add that I've tried on my iPhone and on my laptop using both Chrome and Safari. I was able to link Gmail account to Spotify, but once I make it through, it still says "not able to redeem at this point".

I meet all the criteria.

Please help!
