Can't pay for premimum

I'm trying to pay for my premimum with a prepaid mastercard, but I keep getting the error "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.". How can I fix this error? I have tried across multiple browsers and devices.

I just contacted someone from help and she said she would get tech to look at it, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
