Keep in mind that this 3 month offer is only for those who haven't used our Premium services in the past. If you haven't been a subscriber before, then you should be able to get the 3 months.

Could you let us know if you have tried redeeming the code in this website? If so, please make sure you’ve entered the correct characters. E.g. a zero looks like a capital ‘O’, or a capital ‘I’ looks like a one.

We'd also recommend to try typing the code in a different browser or in an incognito window to avoid any issues caused by the saved cache or cookies. If you still get an error message, it'd be very helpful to send us a screenshot of it. This way we can investigate this further.

Dear support, I got free 3 month code for mediaexpert. I am a new user. Code activation goes well until my mum ( she has premium account) puts card details . Then I get information that I had been already premium user.  Could you please help me to solve this issue?
