My Question or Issue

Hi. I want to start premium but when I enter my card info I always get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again, or go to our support.". I've checked all the steps in the article https://support.spotify.com/ua/article/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card/

The provider is Mastercard. Cart is not expired nor canceled. I have sufficient funds. The card issued in the same country. Enabled for online/foreign etc purchases (works with Google and other services). Also, I've tried another card, all the same. Incognito mode and another browser also didn't work.

 

I would be grateful for your help.

Can you please try it on another device and/or when connected to a different internet connection (e.g. mobile data)?

I wrote to support and they helped me to add my card. I don't know what was the issue but now it is fixed. Thanks!

Can you please give a link to support and what have you told them. I have the same problem and I'm from Ukraine too.
