That worked thanks. For some reason yesterday, it was sending me on a loop of spotify telling me to go to my google play subscriptions and google play offering me to cancel the whole lot or go back to spotify

We'd recommend checking your account page, or going to Plans and add-ons to see if the option to cancel appears. In case it doesn't, can you confirm if you're paying through a partner or directly? If your payments are managed by a 3rd party, such as Google, for example, you might want to check if you're able to cancel them through your account there.

I don’t wanna cancel mine, but I wanna know because I have family plans. I wanna know how much the audiobook plus subscription is because I’m trying to split the cost between each family member tell how much they owe me per month and I can’t find anywhere the price of it?

Any advice for canceling the audiobook add-on when I am in the app on the add-on page and then it tells me I need to be in the app in order to cancel it. I am 30 seconds away from canceling my entire subscription because of this bs.

My Issue
I'm trying to cancel an Add-on for Audiobooks as my daughter has never used it.
Each time I click remove, I get the error message: "Something went wrong. Try reloading the page. It may take some time to get things working again."
Over and over. I don't want this Add-on. But I can predict what will happen. I won't be able to cancel it and instead I'll be charged for it.
Spotify is SO **bleep** to deal with. If the App isn't doing what it's supposed, there's no support, no trouble-shooting, no helpdesk, nothing. But they'll happily charge your card every month.
I am having this exact same problem! Can't seem to find a way to actually cancel audiobooks+ and Spotify are now trying to charge me. I have tried to cancel through my account but I keep getting the same error message! Surely there is a real human on here that can actually help with this!?
