Cancel subscription

I have cancelled my subscription and I'm still getting charged for premium and it's happened four times. I have never purchased music or had add free.

I've tried to cancel and change my payment details but I can't see the Cancel button or change payment details.

please help

On first glance, it sounds like you might have a duplicate account which might be on a Premium subscription, or you've not successfully cancelled the existing subscirption that you had.
