Cancel subscription

Im trying to cancel my subscription on my sons account but he can not remember the email or password link to the account. How would I be able to cancel?

In order to cancel your subscription you must have access to your account:

SUBSCRIPTION VIA OUR WEBSITE
Log in to your Account page.
Click on Subscription in the left-hand menu.
Click on CHANGE OR CANCEL.
Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
Click CONFIRM.
Note: Your Account page now tells you when your account will revert to Spotify Free. We hope that this choice is not final!
