I bought a three month free trial then the next day was cancelled and i don’t now the reason of this

Based on the info you provided, it sounds like your trial may have been discontinued because you’ve already taken advantage of the offer in the past.

That said, you can still start a regular Premium subscription if you’d like. Just head over to https://spotify.com/premium to get started.
