Canceling subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now!!! Trying to reach a representative to help me do this seems impossible. I don't want Spotify anymore and I am still getting charged. Nor does my app or website allow me to cancel. I think it's because it THINKS that I'm free. However I'm charged $10 every month. I would like a refund and my subscription to be cancelled! Thank you
