My Question or Issue

 I already unsubscribe for few months back, but it keep charging me every month, I unable to unsubscribe again as I already unsubscribe as my status is FREE, please help me on this!

Sorry to hear about your billing issue! You are going to have to contact Spotify Support inorder to handle the issue. 

Follow these steps:

1. Click here to be redirected to Spotify Support
2. Click on Subscription
3. Click Cancelled my Subscription, but still charged
4. then click on canceled but still charged, and if you followed their tips and it still hasn't been resolved click on "I still need help" 
5. Then fill out that form

If you got an automated email, reply directly back to it and they should be able to handle the issue.
