My card declined as I didn't have enough money in my account, however, I now have enough money and it still isn't accepting the card. It's the only card I have so I'm not sure how to make payment now, can someone please advise?

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.
Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.

Hi,
My card is fine, the details are correct, there is enough money on the account and the bank authorises payments. Like I said, this card has been used in the past for my spotify payments and has been accepted - it was only this one time that there was not enough money on the account but there is enough money now so there is no reason for the card to not be accepted. I have no other way of paying this so I find this very frustrating.
What do you suggest to get this sorted?

Im having exact the same issue, I’m using the same card as before. Is a credit card so the possibility of not having enough founds is not on the table. I’ve tried through different methods and I still can’t get the payment to go through. This is extremely annoying. Can’t be my bank because I know it has no locks as I’ve paid other stuff.
how do you get **bleep** live help here..tired of trying to pay for a premium upgrade and card wont go through..for 4 days
Card has been accepted now but no idea what was going on previously and I am clearly not the only one having issues and getting annoyed with the fact that you can't just speak to a live person to solve the issue immediately. For such a popular app you would think that you would have proper customer service.
