I deleted my old account and made a new one with the same email. When I try to buy premium, system gets money from my card and returning it back. I can't buy premium.

Switching family plans

I belong to a family plan right now and want to switch to another one. If I get removed from the owner of one of the plans, what happens to my current account? Do I lose everything?

Why did my premium subscription terminate on its own? I just went online and found that I had been logged out and that my subscription had turned to FREE on its own. I don't have my old payment information.. so can I get my premium account back again...

Hi, I wanted to subscribe to Premium offer for £0.99 for the first 3 months. When I was redirected to paying site it shows £9.99 for 3 months. Did anyone had similar issue? Appreciate any advise how to get what Spotify actually offers.thanks Anna
