My Question or Issue

 I'm trying to cancel my premium subscription but it won't allow me to. I purchased a one month premium sub from an external vendor. This expires tomorrow, 25/5/18.

I have tried to cancel and change to spotify free, but the website just shows an error whenever I do so.

It says my plan will automatically renew tomorrow, but I don't want my saved card (which I can't remove either) to get billed tomorrow to pay another month's sub.

Please cancel my premium subscription, thank you.
