Am on Premium plan,
am getting the following message,
"Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method."
I trid cancelling my plan, entering via incognito broswer and nothingis working,
please advise how I can get this setup,
I live in Spain, accesing via Chrome on Windows 10

We suggest that you have a look so that your 3d secure authentication is enabled or if your bank has changed 3d secure authentication recently?
It would also be great if you can try from another device to see if the issue persist.
It's also worth reaching out to your bank to check if everything is fine on their end.
