My Question or Issue

Spotify has been double charging us for a duo account for the last 5 months. Both my wife and my account show that we are duo managers with me on her subscription and no one on my subscription. I canceled my subscription to attempt to join hers, and I get an error message after address verification saying "There was a problem

Please try again later". 

 

Please help me fix this

Hey there @owenmcgrath85, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Since you’re wanting to join your wife’s Duo plan, you would join as the plan member, whereas your wife would be the plan manager for the Duo plan. Can you ask your partner to send you another invite following these steps? You can use a different browser or private window if you have troubles.


Once you receive the invite and accept it, you’ll be prompted to log in to your account, and then you’ll be added as a plan member. The existing subscription (which from what you said was canceled) would cancel automatically to avoid being charged twice.
