Payment doesnt go trough

I was subscriebed to premium for almost 2 years now. When I try to pay my subscription it declines the whole process even though I have money. Please help me.

Have you tried with a different browser? Or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

I have tried everything, tried it on my pc, laptop and phone even in
incognito mode and it just doesnt seems to work
