Cannot make inapp purchases on android devices

im using android devices and i want to make payment via google play payment, but the webpage payment popup right after i click on purchase

This type of issue commonly happens when the country registered on your Google or Spotify account is different from the one you're currently located in. So first, we'd recommend checking the country set on your Google account to see if it matches. If not, we'd recommend updating it and trying again.

If the issue persists, we'd recommend checking the country registered on your Spotify account as well since it needs to match with the Google one and where you're currently located. If it doesn't match, you can update it by following the steps mentioned here.

The country on google play profile and on spotify is matched, but i cant
still purchase via google play

its same for me . and the others i think . cause i asked my friends they have this problem too. 
i searched in internet and this community the others have this problem . 
just for individual plan we cant pay with google play method. but for other plans like family or dual its ok. it shown google play method. i think its for this offer.. idk

Could you make sure that your Google Pay account has a working payment method attached? It's also worth trying out the troubleshooting steps in this article, if you haven't already.

Have you folks tested using another Wi-Fi network (or switching to mobile data) to see if that helps? You can also ask a friend or a relative to create a mobile hotspot for you to connect to. In case you're using a VPN, I'd suggest disabling it.

Something else that's worth trying is using another android device, if available.

Should the issue persist, could you share a couple of screenshots which capture the described behavior in action? That way we can have a direct view of what's happening on your end.
