My account was charged three times today. One was my standard $9.99 that I’ve been getting every month for about two years. The other two charges were $119.88 (twice so a total of about $240) that I didn’t authorize and isn’t reflected on my Spotify account activity or receipts section.
If if someone can please help me navigate getting these two unauthorized charges removed it would be greatly appreciated. I’ve already contacted my banker to file a claim. I tried calling Spotify but unfortunately there’s no actual human to help. Please help.

If you find another Premium account with your information, you can cancel the subscription, and close the account to avoid this from happening again further down the road.
All the best.
No worries!
