Have payed twice a month

I have payed for both premium and premium familiy in same month

If you signed up to Premium for Family while having some individual Premium time left on your account, that Premium time gets divided between the members on your plan.

This causes your payment date to move forward, which can lead to paying for individual Premium and Premium for Family in the same month.

Thanks for your answer!

I am still a bit confused after your message. Does it mean that i only have to pay less in the next month or that I should pay doubble for both individual premium and family premium? I am only interessest in family premium so I don't want to pay for both premium.

You might see two payments on the same month depending on when you upgraded to the Premium for Family plan.

You'll be charged the full price of the family plan since you're moving from a cheaper subscription to a bigger one, and the Premium time you had is pro-rated to the new plan.

This means that your billing date will also change so you'll have a full month of the Family plan as soon as you're charged for it.
