Change Coutry

I'm trying to change my country from SIngapore to New Zealand so I can enter new card  payment details. So far what ever I do/change it will not accept any of my New Zealand visa cards. Help please - I have seen the notification to change country to NZ and clicked on this but nothing so far seems to have worked.

I am having a similar problem.  Attempting to change from USA to South Africa.  I go to subscriptions, update payment details, enter my SA credit card details and get an error message.  According to all the help pages at this stage I should be asked whther I want to change my country.  I get a non-descript error message.

'Something went wrong. Try again, or get help.'
