My Question or Issue

In my haste to secure a google home mini, I selected the Chalk version of the Google Home Mini and google is advising it can't be changed as the item will be shipped out soon. I understand this may not be a big deal but I was wondering if there is anyway I can exchange it for a charcoal? Per google support, I would have to cancel/refuse shipment and re-order again via a new promo link.

If this isn't possible, that is okay too i just thought I'd try it as the charcoal is preferred.

Since you have already redeemed the offer through Spotify and Google fulfills it, there is a very likely chance you would not be able to redeem it again to switch the color. I know that the promotion had limited availability and it would be a shame if you missed it by cancelling the current order.

Actually the order still hasn't been fulfilled and I tried to ask Google about this too. I see other options available now so i was wondering if there is a possibility to be re-issued a code?

Can someone from Spotify support please answer my query?
