Changing country without changing billing address

My Question or Issue

Hello. I have recently migrated to the Philippines, and I wanted to change my country to cater to Philippines music, however when I tried to change my country in the settings, it had told me that I would need my payment (for premium) to be addressed in the same country. However, a family member of mine (in another country) is using their card to pay for my premium account. Is there a way to change countries without having to change payment method? Thank you.

If you've moved to another country and your account is on Premium, you'll have to follow these steps to change the payment details, using a payment method that was issued in the country of your new residence, in order for your account's country settings to update. This is due to various technical and legal reasons.
