Hi! I've recently tried to change my credit card info (and country as well) but it does not work. For some reason, my old card details are in the system, even though I entered the new card several times. This already lead Spotify to cancel my premium account (since I have no money on the old card from which they try to deduct the fee). Can anybody help me with this issue?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or use an incognito window.

 

In case you get the same results, you can cancel the current subscription, wait until the account goes back to Free and then resubscribe with your new card.

When your account gets downgraded to Spotify Free, no saved songs etc. will get deleted.
