My Question or Issue

Just moved to Australia and changed my payment method to an Australian one.  I now what to change my plan to a Duo but I can’t? My current plan shows in  $ but when I ask to change plans it shows all the other plans in GBP£ and just says ‘error has occurred’ when I select Duo. How can I change plan please?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you've already updated your payment method/country setting by following these steps, I recommend waiting until it has updated successfully on your next billing date.

 

Once your country setting was updated, you should be able to upgrade to Duo 🙂
