Charged $14.99 For Premium Subsciption

I’m in the USA & I just saw that I was charged $14.99 for my premium subscription and I had no idea about this price increase! What is going on!? I don’t have the family premium subscription.

We're not sure what the reason for this might be, but in any case, you should get in touch with our Customer Support team here so that they can take a look at your account for you. You should also be able to get a refund for your last payment, as long as it was made within the last 14 days.
