Charged but no premium?????

Hi, I tried to sign up for student premium for $5. I was just accepted to Spalding University. Spotify told me I couldn't qualify yet so then I tried to verify my being a student. I didn't think it went through - yet I have a charge of over $5 to my bank account - and NO premium??? Please resolve this. Or I will be changing my card information or contacting my bank to deny all Spotify charges.

The payment on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon.

In the meantime, you can check your student discount details and resubscribe here.
