I subscribed to premium the 6/4. My phone still provides free service. logging out and in again doesn’t work. Checked the receipt and there is not mix up with accounts. Logging with Facebook doesn’t help either.

It might be possible that you have two different accounts, so we'd recommend checking this info. Also, could you let us know if this happens on another devices?

 

In the meantime, we recommend you log out/back in with the username registered here.

I tried with every method mentioned in this blog. I was able to solve it deleting the app and reinstalling it!
