My Question or Issue


I was charged the $9.99/mth fee on 12/31/2018 for my premium account, which would renew on 1/31/2019.


On 1/2/2019 I upgraded to premium for family and was charged $14.99 with a renewal on 1/20/2019.


#1 - I have technically paid $9.99+14.99 for January 2019 - should I not get credit for the original premium payment when I upgraded to premium family?


#2 - Why does the premium family renew on 1/20/2019? $14.99 should cover the entire month, not 18 days from 1/2/2019 to 1/20/2019.

It should renew on 2/2/2019.

Hope you're doing great! 


Those are some great questions.


1) Unfortunately, that isn't possible, because you have already been using the Premium account. This would make sense if you were charged as soon as you got Premium for Family, which you didn't.


2) The reason your billing date got moved forward because of the price changes between the standalone Premium and Premium for Family.
