My Question or Issue

I was charged more this month than I have been in all the previous months. I have Duo premium. It's supposed to be 16.92 but it was 19.17

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Users that have an active Premium subscription are always notified about a new price and when it becomes effective.

 

They're also given a grace period before they're charged the new price so they can cancel their active subscription if they'd like.

 

I recommend double-checking your email's inbox, as well as spam folder, as sometimes emails from Spotify can also end up there. If you've checked all folders and can't find an email, keep in mind that Spotify also notified users via in-app notifications.
