I have two charges from Spotify for 9.99 this month. Why is this? I'd like my money refunded if this was a mistake

We recommend you to contact your bank and check if the second payment appears as a pending. There's more info about pending payments here.

 

If it isn't and you can confirm that it went through, you can contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter.

 

This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.
