  • Why was i charged for premium but my account says free even though you charged me for this month on July 7th at 4amNone of the below information is required. However, the more you provide the easier it will be for us to try and help.

It's possible that you signed up for Premium using a different account. You can try signing in using any information you frequently use online to check if that’s the case. Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find out if you may have another account.
