My Question or Issue

Yesterday was my billing date and I've already paid for the subscription. I want to close my bank account and open a new one with a different bank. Will my subscription still be active before I have a chance to get a new card from the new bank?

As long as you have a valid payment method associated with your Premium subscription on your next billing date, there shouldn't be any issues. You can check the next billing date at https://spotify.com/account and you'll also be able to update your payment method there at any time. 🙂
