My Question or Issue

Hi, I've generated a coupon from a 18app bonus succesfully, but It's now refused by the online redeem page.

Given the public nature of this site I can't send the confirmation mails I received,

so I'm waiting for further instructions.

Also, the coupon's validity is ending, and I personally see grabbing  money (70€), without giving in exchange the service I payed for as theft.
