Credit Card payment fails

Hi,

I'm a student in France and I want to subscribe to the Student plan. I have already been premium with my account using a special offer (0,99€ for 3 months) a year ago.

When I click on "Student offer" it prompts me for my credit card details directly and when I enter them, it shows a red message saying my bank is having a bad day or something like that.

I tried multiple times with a few days of interval each time and still nothing.

I've read that my Spotify account details matter for the payment so I went ahead and filled as much fields as I can (even though there's nothing about college or student info so I don't know how they could verify I'm really a student) waited a few days and still nothing.

Is someone having the same issue? What else can I try to get my subscription?
