What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

Charged twice two months in a row

Why am I being charged $16 a month all of a sudden? Also I have been charged $16 and another $10 two months in a row... if this isn't resolved and I don't get my money back I will cancel. This is bull.

I can play music offline, go offline, pick any track I want, and it says I have premium. I have limited skips and can't go back a song at all. Not sure what is happening. Have access to everything on the computer but not on my phone.
