DUO subscription issue

DUO subscription issue

I have subscribed to premium DUO, my partner is putting the exact same address but still it says the address is not the same. 

Any help regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Hey there @Omair89, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Please make sure that your partner is at the same physical address as you at the time of signup to complete the address and verification process. This means if your partner is away from home, the verification process may not work properly. There’s more information about this here.

 

If he is at the same physical address as you and you’re still having trouble, can you try joining Premium Duo using the invite link using a different browser or private window?
