Premium plans on Spotify include full access to Music and Podcasts. Audiobooks are still limited to 15 free listening hours per month, but you can always buy them al a carte. You can learn more about Premium Family and its features here.

Family members have no access to audiobooks in Family plan. Zero. Only plan manager can listen to audiobooks limited to 15 hours. If any of the members wants audiobooks, they need to buy their own extra hours, each, individually.
