Double Charge

Double Charge

I have been charged twice this month. I can´t contact the Spotify Support team for a proper answer, this is the first time it happens. I checked my receipts but it only shows one fee. What´s happening?

Country: Paraguay

Devices: iPhone X and Macbook Pro late 2016

Operating System: iOS 10

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 

We charge each Premium plan once per month. If a charge doesn’t look right, check its status on your statement. 


If you see multiple charges and they’re not pending or to check the payment is valid, you could have more than one Premium account. Follow these ways to find other accounts


In case you find another Premium account, follow these steps to cancel
