My Question or Issue

I have been charged twice this month for my spotify: once for my premium family via paypal 14.99€ and once for 9.99€ on my credit card.

I would like a refund or that the amount be reduced from july's bill as I am exclusively using my premium family and have already paid for this month. Also can you please delete whatever subscription is still standing if there are any apart from the family one.

We recommend you have a look at this page and go through the steps. Since you mention you've been paying double, make sure to read through the 'Paying more than once a month' section. These steps should definitely help you out.
