My Question or Issue
I am unable to enroll my partner onto duo. I shared the link with her via whatsapp and she accepted right away. However when entering the same address she gets referred to another one instead of the same home.
Can someone help me fix this issue. (The invite did not time out as she went in shortly after I have shared the link with her).

We'd suggest she goes ahead and tries accepting the invite in incognito window on another device.
It is also a good idea to check what address you've given to make sure there are no typos. After she has accepted the invite, she can enjoy the Premium features.

Thank you guys for your help! Turns out I also need to change the country make sure it is the same (when the account was created VPN was active and placed the country as UK)
