My Question or Issue
A few days ago it appeared a text on Spotify saying that it wasn't possible to make the payment on my credit card and if i didn't fix it, i could loose my Premium subscription. I tried to fix it but I couldn't find how to do it. Today I received a mail saying that I no longer have a Premium subscription. I checked my card and it hasn't expired and/or cancelled. I have no problem in making the subscription again but I want to know why I had this issue and my fear is that maybe I was hacked?
Maybe it is also important to mention that here in Argentina, due to the Coronavirus, the banks allowed the credit cards payments from this month to be paid next month.
