My Question or Issue

I just bought Spotify Premium but it's not working, I checked for a receipt but never got one, I looked up on how to fix the issue. I tried logging out and in, checked my account subscription to see if it says premium or free, etc.. Can someone please help? Maybe my card wasnt accepted????

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features.
