Error on buying free trial

Error on buying free trial

I just made an new account and I tried to buy the trial but it doesn't let me to do it. It gives me this error " Payment failed. Try again with a different payment card or method, or buy Premium Individual at full price". I tried differents cards but nothing. And I checked the order history, and it says I bought something but it's nothing. Please help

Thanks for reaching out & sorry to see this is happening!

For starters, I would try these options to see if anything would make a difference:

  • Another try via an incognito browser session
  • A different internet connection
  • Another device

If none of these work, I'd also suggest a different payment method, but, as you do say that you've already attempted this, I'd like to direct you to our folks backstage, who can take a look at what's causing your payments to not go through.


Note that it's a good idea to reach out to the payment providers that you work with to see if there isn't anything blocking the transactions.

Fixed: It was that I had an other account that I tried that trial. So you can't make an another account and try a trial to it, if you had an other account before.

 

Ive shared the link with my friend but it doesn't work. Same country and he never had premium
