My Question or Issue

I received an email last week, asking to verify my address, which I did. Then I received an email saying that address was verified. Yesterday, another email was sent, indicating I was kicked out of the family plan because they couldn't verify my address. Does anyone know how to get this resolved?

You can find more info on why you may have been removed from a Premium for Family plan here.

 

Furthermore, you may also need to check with your plan's owner, just in case you were removed accidentally by them.
