Family invitation

Hi..

I hope someone can help me. I'm haveing trouble with activating my family account.

Before I can invite my family-members, I have to enter my personal infos, suchs as my name and address but entered correctly it says "Oops something went wrong, please try again." What am I doing wron and how do I go on from there?

Tried some basic troubleshooting such a sincognito mode, another browser/device/computer?

I'm having the same problem, with all three invitations I sent. None of them could be activated.
