Hi, I was charged three times on 18th semptember 2017 and I'd like this problem to be solved, Who can I dress to, thanks in advance.

Hey @ricardomperalta thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. 

 

Did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and all payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.

 

You can always check the support site article on this topic.

Well, I've just go to my account and says my next payment will be 18/10/2017 that means one month away, even I cancelled my subscription,the only thing I want is my two extra charges back, thanks.
